Theodore P. Chumas Mr. Chumas' role at Henniker River Group involves facilitating the growth and development needs of high tech ventures including consulting in the areas of strategic partnering, product management and sales & marketing strategies. Mr. Chumas has served as an acting sales & marketing executive for clients including DesignSource Technologies, acquired by SolidWorks Corporation, and RealWorld Corporation, acquired by Great Plains, then Microsoft. In the same role, Mr. Chumas currently consults to VUEWorks, Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of Cimlogic, Inc. which was acquired by SolidWorks Corporation in November 2000. Prior to Henniker River, Mr. Chumas was Vice President of Sales at Framework Technology, a startup company that received over $50 million in venture financing. At Framework, Mr. Chumas was responsible for building a sales team, as well as development of the company's sales & marketing strategic and tactical plans. Mr. Chumas played an integral part in Framework's growth during its early stage as a startup. Before joining Framework, Mr. Chumas played a key role as the Vice President, Professional Solutions Division of Softdesk, Inc., which merged with Autodesk, Inc. in early 1997. During his eight-year tenure at Softdesk, Mr. Chumas was a significant element in its organizational strength. Before his role as Vice President of the Professional Solutions Division, he served as Director of Product Management and Director of North American Sales. Mr. Chumas' leadership strengths contributed to the company's growth and establishment as a leading developer of architecture, engineering, and construction software for AutoCAD (Developed by Autodesk). Before joining Softdesk, Mr. Chumas previously held key project management positions and engineering positions at Cadcraft, Inc. (Old Saybrook, CT): Sales of Computer Aided Design Systems and Software; TEQ Systems (Old Lyme, CT): Computer Systems Consulting and Services; Energy Transportation Corp. (New York City): Engineering Services for the Transportation of Specialty Cargos; and Bethlehem Steel (Sparrows Point Shipyard, MD): Ship Construction and Repair. Mr. Chumas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from NY State Maritime College.
